How to eliminate Carl Ingram and Marcus Stuyvesant in Hitman 3’s Dubai Level “On Top of the World”

In Dubai in Hitman 3 you have 2 targets to eliminate: Carl Ingram and Marcus Stuyvesant.

There are three Mission Stories:

• Insecurity (Kills Marcus Stuyvesant)
• Birds of Prey (Kills Carl Ingram)
• How the Mighty Fall (Kills both Marcus and Ingram). Note that How the Mighty Falls is timed, if you take too long you’ll have to pursue the other Mission Stories. 

Marcus Stuyvesant Elimination (Insecurity Mission Story)

 

For Marcus, use the mission “Insecurity“, you will go into a security room and learn that his bodyguard is being replaced. You are then given the location of his bodyguard, who has unique papers, so you can’t just take the disguise of any bodyguard you find! 

The best thing to do is to get a guard disguise, then you can roam around freely. Then make your way to the unique bodyguard, for us, there’s a big window that he leans on and everybody will notice if you kill him there. We slowly knocked-out all of the people in the room behind him, then took him out and got his disguise. 

After getting his bodyguard’s disguise, go to the marker, and you’ll meet Marcus. He’ll check your papers, and you’ll follow him to an outside area. He will ask you to throw knives at several targets, it’s not hard at all, we did it. For us, the area was clear except for Marcus and another bodyguard, so we quickly eliminated them both. You can then toss the bodies off the building.

Carl Ingram Elimination (Birds of Prey Mission Story)

For Carl Ingram, you can use the intel mission “Birds of Prey“, you need to disguise yourself as a crappy assassin called Zana “The Vulture” Kazem. You’ll see him not consent to a patdown search, and he will go into a bushy area. Activate the sound panels on either side, lure him in, knock him out, and disguise yourself as him. If you had a guard disguise previously, make sure to drop restricted weapons!

Be careful, if you take Kazem’s disguise and you’re randomly getting caught, it’s because you have restricted weapons. So drop those restricted items into the bushes. But you’ll actually need to drop everything except your camera into the bushes because you’ll need to go through the strip search that he rejected initially. So drop everything except the camera in the bushes, get searched, and go to the meeting with Ingram.

Ingram wants you to assassinate a reporter named Hans Lucht, but you only need to knock him out. He’s downstairs, near the bar, he has a distinctive purple suit, follow him around and notice he’s asking questions to the staff. Eventually you can approach him and tell him you have the information he’s looking for, and he’ll follow you. The bushes you knocked out Kazem in is nearby, go to the bushes in the corner by the sound panels and knock out Hans Lucht. Make sure his body is in the bushes and snap a picture with your camera. 

Now with the picture in hand, you can go to another meeting with Ingram. Here’s the catch, make sure to go to his balcony and lean out, he will keep talking to you and he’ll approach you to be polite. If you actually listened to him in the room, he will stay in the room and he’ll eventually tell you to get out and you won’t be able to push him off the balcony. But if you walk to the balcony during the meeting, he’ll join you but his guards will be inside! So do this, and push him off the balcony as in our video, the window is non-see-through and you will get away with it!

Afterwards, cleanly make your way to the exit point, there’s one close by where you can fly out. 

Both Marcus Stuyvesant AND Carl Ingram Elimination (How the Mighty Falls Mission Story)

For this one, start a new mission from the beginning. Go up one set of purple stairs, turn around and you’ll see a door with a security code lock. There’s a single guard roaming here too, it’s easiest to knock out the guard here, take his disguise, and take his body to a locker past the keycode door.

For the keycode door, use the passcode 4706. 

Inside, hide the guard’s body in the locker. Now your marker will go to the scenic area. There’s a waitress and a guard here, you can take them both out and there’s a dumpster on the left to hide the bodies. Afterwards, use your camera to scan the panel on the window to open it.

Now, unfortunately, you can’t use the window washing rig to go up and down directly! Instead, vault to the right, and follow the pipes around to get to the marker, and scan the window again to open it.

You need to find the server room, use your silencer on the camera, then go into the room on the left with a lone technician. Knock him out, take his disguise, and hide his body in the locker.

Go to the server room and you will be told to pull a rack from one of the servers, choose any and it will trigger an alarm. Carefully crouch behind one of the servers opposite to the entrance and wait for the guards to come in and eventually leave, it takes a few minutes.

You will need to get a server keyguard from a technician, knock him out and grab the keycard. Swipe it, and interact with the server that has yellow text. 

You have access to the server room with four options. We chose options 1, 2 and 3. 1 is needed to progress this mission story. 2 opens the elevator doors, which allows you to escape the level extremely easily. 3 disables the cameras. After using option 1, you’ll organize a meeting with Marcus and Ingram, don’t take too long and go there immediately because they’ll leave after a few minutes!

After, knock out the guard and take his outfit, we dragged him back into the locker room where we found a technician. With the guard outfit on, you can enter the lounge. Wait for the two of them to arrive. 

They’ll tell you to leave, you can sneak around and listen to their conversation if you’re interested. When ready, hit Activate Secure Room, it’s a panel on the side of the bar counter. This triggers a scene, and when you’re ready, assassinate the two of them and hide their bodies in the nearby basket.

Then, deactivate the room security using the panel, and leave. You can get out by going back to the watery area, then down the stairs, then follow the right hallway to get to the elevator. If you didn’t activate the elevator, run to any other exit point.
