We have all the areas required for the map completion trophy in Ys IX: Monstrum Nox (for the Cartographer trophy) as well as the number of treasure chests in each corresponding area (for the Seeker of Fortune trophy).

There are 322 treasure chests in the game that count to the trophy, listed below. In general the “Prison Adol” section treasure chests don’t count, but you can grab them to be safe.
Note that there are many dungeons and secret dungeons inside of Balduq City, but these dungeons and their respective treasure chests are counted as their own sections, only treasure chests in Balduq without going into a dungeon count to the 68.
I list the locations of all the dungeons, also click the link to see that section in our guide (we have maps on the main guide). ALL of these listed locations count to map completion, but not all of them necessarily have treasure chests in them so make sure to run in each location if you want map completion as well.
