In the Alchemist’s Chamber, you need to use the triangles to power up structures and doors. There’s a locked door where you begin, bring the triangle near it to unlock it as shown:

After unlocking the door and going through it, you’ll find an orb on a table. Ignore the laser puzzle and other things for now. Interact with it to get it in your inventory.

Opposite to the orb is another triangle. We need to use it to unlock another door. There are corridors around the puzzle room, bring the triangle to unlock one, but notice if you go all the way around the corridor there’s another locked door that will be unlocked after we complete the puzzle. For now, take the new triangle to the locked door.

After unlocking the door, you see a man in a chair with tubes. Use the switch, and collect the vitae behind him. There are two tubes of vitae that you need in this room. They look similar to the cannisters that play voices, but they’re not the same thing.

Next, go back to the laser beam puzzle room. Match the screen as what shows in the screenshot below and the lasers will automatically activate.

Next, insert the two tubes of vitae into the compartment of the machine.

As well, insert the orb into another chamber by using the lever to open it.

Lastly, bring the triangle you used to open the locked door into this room, and place it on the pedestal. Press the button and it will teleport the triangle to the opposite room. This unlocks that door, so go through the entire corridor (past the locked door with the man with tubes) and the room is now unlocked.
