In the portal chamber area, there is a puzzle you need to solve. There are three stone slabs with symbols, and two levers that turn the pillars to show different symbols. And right near you, there’s a panel that you can turn to rotate, and move the cursor, you need to match the symbols on your panel to the stone slabs high up.

Below’s screenshot illustrates the initial puzzle state and the switches that turn the stone slabs:

Use the two turning levers so that the stone slabs have the following symbols, note that you can’t move the leftmost pillar:

Next, keep turning your panel of symbols and move the cursor so that it matches the stones above:
