As mentioned in the first trip, it’s a long palace that has 5 minibosses plus another boss at the end. Be careful with your SP. It’s extremely helpful to have SP-saving skills and bloodlines. Invigorate 3 is an extremely handy skill.
The Strength confidant is extremely useful when maxed out because it lets you fuse personas that have levels exceeding your character’s level, as long as you pay a fee.
Trumpeter is a good persona to fuse and level because it will learn debilitate, a move that reduces attack, defense and accuracy of an enemy all at once.

Although 5 letters of recommendation are required, this dungeon is not open, you have to go through the minibosses in an order, so you won’t really get lost. When asked to find a membership card, talk to a woman who lost her card and then go to the counter and act like it’s your lost card.
Near the middle and end of the palace, you need to go through rat mazes. There’s an object that will turn on/off the ability to turn into a mouse, basically you need to explore as a mouse, get out a vent and turn into a human, unlock a locked door, turn off the ability to turn into a mouse, etc. it follows a pattern after a while, it sounds complicated, but please see our video guide below and watch the route that we take.

It’s not done, you need to go to the engine room and fight yakuza minibosses, as well as a surprise boss battle. Hopefully you have SP left, if not, use up some of your recovery items.

Shido is long, one form only takes damage from magical attacks, another form only takes damage from physical attacks, etc. And in total there are three forms. There’s also a one-on-one fight between Joker and Shido in the final phase of the fight, so be careful, buffs and debuffs are your friend.
